Squash Casserole

6 cups diced zucchini or summer squash

1 small onion, diced

2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup butter or margarine melted

1- 12 oz. bag stuffing mix

In a skillet, saute the squash and onion.  Drain.  Place half in a greased 3 quart baking dish.  Combine soup, sour cream and butter and pour half over squash and onion.  Sprinkle with half of the stuffing mix.  Repeat layers.  Bak, uncovered, at 350 for 40 minutes.
